Scope

These terms govern the use of the GeoMarco Sync app and the GeoMarco plugin for QGIS, provided by Ecobosque, Lda., tax number 517246783, Rua da Cruz de Pedra, 199, Braga, Portugal.

Free of charge

The app and the plugin are provided free of charge, with no subscription fees. Google Drive is subject to Google's terms and storage limits.

Launch phase

The software is in its launch phase and may contain errors. It is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for the data they collect and for checking results before using them in technical work or official procedures. The app only reads DiMap Pro projects and does not change them; keeping backups is still recommended.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GeoMarco is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profits arising from the use of the software.

Trademarks

DiMap Pro and Alpha are trademarks of their respective owners. QGIS is a free software project. Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of Braga have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
